When Hannah was little she had a TON of hair. Plus she was my first baby and I spent hours doing her hair. She never left the house without her curly mane tamed and in order.
So, since this week is clearly all about hair, today we are having. . .

And not to leave her sister out on her first week of her third year of preschool ---

On her first day (and yes, I washed her face after I took these pictures and before I drove her to school!).
And since the weather is taking a decidedly cooler turn, maybe next week we will focus on cute jackets and fall clothing --- or other fun fall things.

Then she grew up and got independent and these days would just as soon do her own hair. . . which means a headband, or a pony tail. I got out of practice. Plus my second daughter was born bald and what hair she had came in all in the back, which left few options for fabulous coiffures. Then last week I was introduced to Black Eyed Sue, over at Hair Today--by Heather over at SITS--and I was inspired. . . motivated, all over again.
So, since this week is clearly all about hair, today we are having. . .

Those old pictures of Hannah are so adorable! It makes me sad & excited for Avery to grow up. Oh how I wish Avery had lots of hair that was easy to style.
